Sweet and Tangy Pasta Salad
Recipe to follow
1 cup shedded Napa cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup minced onion
4 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tsp toasted pine nuts
2 cups cooked pasta
1 cup vegan mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp agave syrup
1/2 tsp red pepperflakes.

Combine and refrigerate overnight. Serves 4-6
This looks good. The sweetness of the cranberries mixed with the spicy-ness of the red pepper flakes is probably delicious!
